Love Jesus? Love Camp? Love People? Work Hard? Well then come spend your summer with us! We are looking for energized hard working individuals to fill a variety of roles on our Summer Ministry Team.

The Ministry Team at SLWC is vital to fulfilling our mission and purpose...we must have the right people, in the right place, doing the right thing at the right time. Perhaps you are one of those people; we would love to hear from you.

Summer Ministry Team

The Summer Ministry Team is essential in fueling our summer program and making Silver Lake what we set out to be. Our team is sub-divided into two groups, but these groups are not exclusive and crossover as needed is common. Operations Team serves in housekeeping, the Dish Room, grounds keeping, and food services. Our Program team serve as counselors, life guards, sports and activities leaders, medical personnel, etc. Our teams are paid on a weekly stipend with the option to raise additional support.

We are looking for Team Members who...

• Have a growing relationship with Jesus Christ and a passion to share
• Demonstrate interest and aptitude to be a leader but who can also follow
• Demonstrate love for young people
• Work well with others in a variety of situations
• Have a keen desire to learn and to teach
• Are energetic and enthusiastic as well as responsible and dependable
• Are willing and ready to work hard
